Requirements: 300g white asparagus, 100g ham, 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley. Directions: Sprinkle contents of pouch into a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring to a boil, stirring with a wisk. Once soup is cooking, add the peeled and chopped asparagus and the ham cut into cubes. Put the lid on the pan (do not close all the way) and let simmer for 10 minutes, with occasional stirring. Garnish the soup with finely chopped parlsey.
